Birthday Events

So, who do you know celebrating a 126th birthday in 2009? We think its pretty special and for that reason, we plan to celebrate the birthday of the park each year.

May 17, the day Mr. Grant submitted his hand written deed to the city donating 100 acres of his land for a public park, there are a number of special tours planned. The Conservancy, in partnership with its friends from Atlanta Starts Here - http://www.atlantastartshere.org - will offer tours, ticket discounts and special gifts to participants.
